MURG DHANIWAL KORMA

         Dhaliwal Korma is a delicious Kashmiri dish made in the winter season. This korma is made with mutton or chicken and green coriander. we can make this variation with chicken and browned onion paste in place of fried onions. 
our result will be delicious.


ingredients to make MURG DHANIWAL KORMA

 1. chicken  800 gm
 2. Desi Ghee   Gm 60 
 3. Yogurt   Gm 120 
 4. Turmeric    Gm 4 
 5. Coriander Powder.   Gm 6 
 6. Black Pepper Powder.    Gm 3 
 7. Cloves    No. 4 
 8. Green Cardamoms     No.   4 
 9. Saffron (Zafran)     Gm ½ 
 10. Onion     Gm 60 
 11. Garlic     Gm 10 
 12. Salt      Gm      To taste 
 13. Deggi Mirch     Gm 4 
 14. Fresh Coriander Leaves

method to prepare 

pre-arrangement:

1. Perfect clean your chicken and then cut the chicken into 8 pieces

2. Make a puree of onions and ground garlic, add some finely slash coriander leaves

Arrangement:

1. Heat ghee in a weighty base dish and add the onion and the garlic and fry till the onion becomes golden brown, at this stage add the yogurt and every one of the flavors (masalas) and sear till ghee isolates.

2. Add chicken pieces and cook on a sluggish fire mixing as often as possible.

3. Add heated water and cook till chicken is done

garnish with green coriander
