             Jalebi is quite possibly the most famous treat of Indium. This firm and crunchy sweet is dunked in sugar syrup and is stacked with flavors. Jalebi is the sweet plate that is number one to many individuals in India. 
         These are slender, firm, and delectable. It is otherwise called jilapi. It is sweet and famous all over South Asia, North Africa, and the Middle East. Jalebis are ready by profound singing maida flour player in twisting shapes. It is subsequently absorbed sugar syrup for better taste.

Ingredient

Flour
baking powder
yogurt
ghee
sugar
saffron
cardamom
rose water




pre-preparation

 1. Mix the flour, baking powder, and yogurt into a batter and keep aside for 24 hours to ferment

Preparation:

1. pour batter into a jalebi cloth (with a hole in the center)  

2. To make sugar syrup: Melt the sugar with the rose water and boil to get a one-thread consistency. To check for one thread consistency, carefully dip the tip of your index finger into the syrup, touch your finger and thumb together,  and gently tease apart. If one thread is formed between your finger and thumb the syrup is done. 

3. Turn off fire, add the saffron strands and cardamom and stir well.

4. Heat the oil in a shallow –jalebi kadhai. To test for the right temperature, drop a small amount of batter into the oil. If it sizzles and rises to the top of the oil, the oil is hot enough. Keep the flame on medium at all times to ensure all-round cooking of the jalebis. 

5. Now hold the jalebi cloth over the hot oil and squeeze the batter into the oil into a wiggly, randomly coiled circle. Squeeze out several at a time. 

6. Fry till light golden and then remove and put directly into the sugar syrup. 

7. Allow to soak for 2-3 minutes and then remove. 

8. Serve warm
