Stage 1 :

The first we need to do is heat desi ghee in a pan, hold on until the ghee dissolves totally, or wait for the ghee to completely melt, then at that point, add ground carrots and blend it well with the ghee for at least 2 mins.

Stage 2 :

Then cover the pan with a lid on top and cook for 15 mins. In the middle of blending every so often. Carrots begin to release their juice. It should be a little cruncher. After adding sugar, blend it well till the combination of mashed carrots and sugar is cooked well. Change the fire to medium. Presently cover and cook it for around or more than 3-4 mins. check between times until sugar disintegrates totally.

Stage 3 :

While sugar and the carrots are mixed perfectly, add milk and blend well until the halwa ends up being thick while the milk evaporates into the halwa. while in another pan add khoya and blend diligently over the low fire until it conveys the ghee and melts possibly. after you are done Stop cooking the halwa and hold it aside.

Stage 4 :

Next check the carrot and sugar blended, it's completely cooked. Add khoya and fined chopped dates and mix it well. By and by adding all of the dry food varieties mix the carrots mixture well on low - medium fire. Sauté for 2-3 mins on medium fire.
As of now take the halwa off the fire. Your carrot halwa is right now ready! Decorate the halwa for specific dry food varieties developed from the beginning. Serve it immediately or store it in the refrigerator for around seven days to serve any time as treat.
