How is Dhokla made?

Very first ingredients that we need to make Dhokla, this material is usually present in the household itself, there is no have to buy from outside. 

Ingredients for Dhokla 

beason flour - 200 grams
Curd - 150 grams 
lemon juice
regular oil 
salt as per taste 
Baking soda one teaspoon 
Turmeric powder 
Green chilies 5-6 (long chopped) 
Curry leaves
a spoon full of sugar  
Green Coriander

How to make Dhokla 

              to make delicious dhokla at home first we need besan flour with curd, salt, turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon oil, and lemon juice and mix it for 1 minute. Now add water little by little to make a smooth batter the batter should not be either too slim or too thick).
       Now keep the batter aside for half an full hour to set. let us prepare ahead till the time. Grease a bowl with oil or spray some butter liquid first to ensure that the dhokla doesn't stick to the bottom. Now put two bowls of water in a pan and keep consistently the stand. Now warm the water on high to medium flame till it boils. 

       Now swirl the besan flour batter once more with a spoon. as we see some progress add cooking soda and gently swirl the butter for 1-minute so that the batter will be fluffy and soft after steaming in a pressure cooker. Now you shall note that the batter is full, now straight away put it in a vessel greased with oil and keep it on the stand in the pan.
        Now cover the lid on the cook and pan for 15-20 minutes. 
Open after the time that is stipulated check with a toothpick. Then it ensures that the Dhokla is well done, if the batter is sticking towards the toothpick then cook for two-three minutes more if the knife happens clean. Now take the pot away and let it cool down a little. 

        After cooling, cut the dhokla into medium pieces having a knife. Dhokla is ready, now for tempering, temperature a spoonful of oil in a pan. 
      When the oil is hot, add mustard seeds, green chilies (long chopped), curry leaves, and fry till mustard seeds crackle. Now add sugar, 1 cup of water, and prepare till the sugar dissolves. Now pour this tempering over the dhokla and garnish with coriander leaves. 

(This is a method that easily makes Dhokla chutney) Dhokla is ready to provide, serve it with dhokla chutney or connect it on tiffin.
