. Ingredient
1. Minced meat ( goat or lamb )2. gram dal/chana dal Gm 603. Mint leaves Gm 504. 6 flakes Pods 65. Ginger Gm 206. Green chili No. 27. Crushed red chili powder Gm 8-108. Peppercorns Gm 8-109. Cinnamon Gm 3-510. Cloves No. 311. Cardamoms No. 412. Water Ml 25013. Egg No. 114. Salt Gm To taste15. Oil Ml For deep16. Green coriander
method to prepare kabab
Pre- preparation:
1. Finely chop onions, green
chili, and Mint leaves
Preparation:
1 ) In a heavy bottom utensil, put
minced meat, chana dal, crushed
red chili powder, peppercorns,
cinnamon, cloves, cardamoms,
water, and salt.
2 ) Cook on medium heat, till the
meat and chana dal are well cooked
and all the water is completely
used up. Take off the stove and
cool.
3 ) Grind the cooked ingredients to
a fine paste. Add one egg and mix
well with the paste. Mix paste with
finely mint leaves, green chili, and
coriander leaves. Make small balls
and flatten.
4 ) Heat oil in a wok or kadhai. Deep
fry till golden brown in color on
both sides.
Serve hot with coriander chutney.
