. Ingredient

1. Minced meat ( goat or lamb )
2. gram dal/chana dal Gm 60 
3. Mint leaves Gm 50 
4. 6 flakes Pods 6 
5. Ginger Gm 20 
6. Green chili No. 2 
7. Crushed red chili powder Gm 8-10 
8. Peppercorns Gm 8-10 
9. Cinnamon Gm 3-5
10. Cloves No. 3 
11. Cardamoms No. 4 
12. Water Ml 250 
 13. Egg No. 1 
 14. Salt Gm To taste 
 15. Oil Ml For deep 
 16. Green coriander

Pre- preparation:

 1. Finely chop onions, green chili, and Mint leaves

 Preparation: 

 1 ) In a heavy bottom utensil, put minced meat, chana dal, crushed red chili powder, peppercorns, cinnamon, cloves, cardamoms, water, and salt.

 2 ) Cook on medium heat, till the meat and chana dal are well cooked and all the water is completely used up. Take off the stove and cool. 

 3 ) Grind the cooked ingredients to a fine paste. Add one egg and mix well with the paste. Mix paste with finely mint leaves, green chili, and coriander leaves. Make small balls and flatten. 

 4 ) Heat oil in a wok or kadhai. Deep fry till golden brown in color on both sides. 

 Serve hot with coriander chutney.
