like pudding mousse is simalar to taste some times it's sweet and delicious and sometimes it's sour in taste, 
     this vanilla kiwi mousse is very simple to make and you will enjoy it...


ingredients for preparation

  • 5 kiwis
  • 50 g of sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 g of gelatin 
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

preparation method

1. first Peel and mix well 4 kiwis. and Peel and slice the other 5th kiwi into slices then cut these slices in two.

2. now the next step is to separate the yolks from the egg whites. and then mix The egg yolks and sugar until the combination turns white in a dish, and gently whisk. after a minute Add most of the kiwis to the mixture.

3. The preparation of mousse should be over low heat (don't bring to a boil) in a saucepan, heat, or use a bubble boiler method. When the mixture starts to thicken, remove the pan from heat, add the gelatine and let the mixture cool then.

4. Beat the egg whites until rigid with the vanilla extract. Include the egg that is stiff in your kiwi preparation.

5. Serve the mousse in the wine glass or martini glass, decorate with the kiwi pieces.

6. Leave the kiwi mousse in the refrigerator for at least 2-3 hours. and then you can have your cold smooth dessert.
