1. Semolina
(suji) 120 gm
2. Refined flour
(Maida) 120 Gm
3. Rice flour 60 Gm
4. Ghee 180 Gm
5. Oil For
frying
6. Salt To taste
For Badam
Milk
7. Half cream
milk 1 Ltr
8. Badam 40 Gm
9. Sugar To taste
10. Saffron 8-10 Strands
how to make chiroti
Arranging: For Badam Milk
1. Soak the badam ( almonds) in hot water for half an
hour so that the almonds get soft and moist.
2. after an hour Peel and grind the almonds into a smooth paste.
3. Bring the half cream milk to boil,
add badam paste, sugar to taste and a few
strands of saffron and simmer for some
time.
Chiroti
1. Mix refined flour and semolina with 1/2cup of ghee close by a crush of salt.
2. Make a sensitive combination, save to the side for a Yet again hour, and kneed it.
3. Make 10 little balls and roll them to chapati's size. Mix 3/4cup ghee and the rice flour into a paste. Smear this paste on all of the chapattis besides, put together one over the other, and roll it like a swiss roll.
4. Cut the roll into 2" size pieces and press gently on a swiss roll and fix to make a little poori. Significant fry in refined oil and sprinkle sugar on it.
5. Serve the chiroti with Badam milk.
