PAAL POLI
Paal Poli is a conventional south Indian pastry formula made particularly during the celebration period of Diwali. it is a mix of 2 plans where pan-fried wheat/maida poori is dunked and absorbed a dissipated milk rabdi. it is an exceptionally well-known sweet formula in south India, particularly in Tamilnadu and Andhra cooking.
ingredients
1. whole milk 750 ml
2. Sugar 75 Gm
3. Pistachios 30 Gm
4. Saffron Strands 5-6
5. Cardamom
powder 5 Gm
6. Maida 60 Gm
7. Rava 60 Gm
8. Salt A pinch

Ghee 5 Gm

Pre-arrangement:
Hack pistachios and absorb saffron little water
preparation
1. Work maida and Rava into a solid batter utilizing pretty much nothing water
2. Save to the side for 30 minutes.
